DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship within New Zealand, and to Australia. With your help we also hope to be able to offer worldwide shipping soon! 

WHAT CURRENCY IS YOUR WEBSITE IN?

All of our products are displayed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars). 

HOW DO I CONTACT MINI MIRO CUSTOMER SERVICE?

You can contact us via the Contact us page. Alternatively, you may contact us directly through email - kiaora@minimiro.co.nz and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24-48hrs.

WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK KĀKAHU?

Because we are a small business and in order to keep waste to a minimum, we will be frequently restocking small quantities to begin with. This is most definitely guided by demand, so we will endeavour to stock enough for everyone. 

HOW LONG DOES MADE-TO-ORDER TAKE?

Because we embroider everything personally in-house, please allow up to 7 days for production of our made-to-order products. It’s usually much quicker than this, but making items to order is a conscious choice for us, it means we don't overproduce or create unnecessary waste. 

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

We highly recommend checking the measurement charts before ordering. Our sizes are unisex, and depending on the specific style, some items are designed for a regular fit while others are meant to be oversized.

Garment measurements can vary by up to 2.5cm
